Wendy grew up in Saint John as the second of six kids. She spent most of her spare time with her horses. It was at a horse show that a mutual friend introduced her to Bill her husband. They have one child Cody. It was Cody that brought the family to ACC in 1997 when he attended a Pioneer Program. They have been a part of ACC ever since!
Wendy had worked in the office at G.E. Barbour Foods prior to Cody’s birth and then became a stay at home mom for a while. Wendy went back to school and studied hairdressing and has worked at that for the past few years. In 2004 Wendy joined ACC and left hairdressing behind. She says she is into a whole other kind of “makeover “ now.
Wendy volunteered her time at ACC in our Youth Ministry and Drama prior to joining our staff in the spring of 2004.
