How to play messages:

If your computer has the correct plug-ins, you'll see a box with the familiar "play" and "pause" icons. Simply click play and the message will begin streaming almost immediately.

How to download individual messages:

When you click the download icon link, your web browser may automatically start to play the message. If you would like to save the message instead, right-click the link with your mouse and select "Save Target As..." (or "Save Link As..." in some browsers) to save it to your computer.

Please note, these are large files and even with a high-speed connection may take 10 minutes or more to download completely.

1. Right-click the link with your mouse, select Copy Shortcut. (This is the "feed URL")
2. Open your podcast aggregator and in the appropriate place subscribe by right-clicking your mouse and selecting Paste to enter the feed URL.
